The quickest way to reach us, and other MLKY users, is Discord. We post updates on X.

If your question is about a loan, tell us which card it is and when you borrowed. Never share your seed phrase or private key with anyone. Nobody from MLKY will ever ask you for them.

Report a security issue

If you think you've found a security problem, please email security@mlky.io rather than posting it in public. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it, and we'll get back to you within 48 hours. Our security policy says what's in scope and what to expect.

Let us know on Discord. If the docs and the app ever disagree, go by the app, because it shows what actually applies to your loan.
